Official giveaway rules

1. Organizer

This giveaway (the “contest”) is organized by: K&L CUSTOMS (the “Organizer”)

This contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, or any other social media platform.

2. Eligibility

​

The Contest is open to legal residents of Canada who: 

  • Are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry

  • Meets all entry requirements outlined in these official Rules

  • Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of the Organizers are not eligible to win.

3. Contest Period

4. How to Enter (NO Purchase Required)

No purchase is required to enter or win.

  • Purchase merchandise from our website and get FREE ENTRIES

  • Subscribe to our email and get FREE ENTRIES

Limit one (1) entry per person, unless otherwise stated

Any attempt to manipulate or abuse the entry process will result in disqualification

5. Prize

​

One (1) winner will receive:

Prize: 2026 Skidoo Summit 850 turbo with the edge package

Approximate retail value (ARV): $35,000

The prize:

  • has no cash value

  • Is non-transferable

  • Must be accepted as awarded

  • Is provided in “as-is” condition with no warranties

The Organizers reserve the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greeted value IF necessary

6. Winner Selection

​

The winner will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries received during the

contest period.

​

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries reviewed.

7. Skill-Testing Question

​

Before being declared a winner, the selected entrant must correctly answer a time-limited, mathematical skill-testing question without assistance

Failure to correctly answer the skill-testing question will result in disqualification and an

alternate winner may be selected.

8. Winner Notification

The selected entrant will be contacted via email, phone, social media, or DM.

If the selected entrant:

  • Cannot be contacted within {48-72} hours, or

  • Fails to meet eligibility requirements, or

  • Declines the prize

The organizers reserve the right to select an alternate winner.

9. Winner Release & Publicity Consent

​

Before receiving the prize, the selected entrant must sign and return a:

  • Declaration of Eligibility

  • A Release of Liability

  • A publicity & media consent agreement

​

By accepting the prize, the winner consents to the use of their name, likeness,

photograph, video, and voice for promotional and marketing purposes without further

compensation.

10. Limitation on Liability

​

By participating in the Contest, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Organizers from

any and all claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:

  • Participation in the Contest

  • Acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize

11. Disqualification

​

The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who:

  • Violates these Official Rules

  • Provides false information

  • Engages in fraudulent or unsportsmanlike conduct

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

​

This Contest and these Official Rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Saskatchewan and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles Any disputes shall be brought exclusively in the courts located within the Province of Saskatchewan, Canada.

13. General Conditions

​

The Organizers reserves the right to:

  • Cancel, suspend, or modify the contest if necessary

  • Interpret and apply these official rules at its sole discretion

​​

All decisions of the Organizer are Final and Binding.
